Heroes In Life – Never Forgotten
We remember the bravery and sacrifice of our fallen heroes Constable Morgan Russell and Constable Devon Northrup who tragically lost their lives on October 11, 2022 while responding to a disturbance call, and Constable Alan Kuzmich who was tragically killed in the line of duty on August 21, 2002. Their commitment to duty and service will always be remembered in our hearts and thoughts.
We honour their legacy by continuing to serve our community with courage and compassion. We carry their spirit with us in our daily actions and each act of kindness and service we perform in their memory is a tribute to their dedication.

July 24, 1961 – August 21, 2002
Constable Kuzmich was 41 years of age and served as a Police Constable for 19 years. He is survived by his wife and two children.
Devon Northrup, Badge #229
December 9, 1988 – October 11, 2022
Constable Northrup was 33 years old and served as a Police Constable for 6 years. He is survived by his partner and parents.
