The Corporate Communications Unit of the South Simcoe Police Service is responsible for coordinating all public and media communications on behalf of the Service. This includes preparing and distributing media releases, managing official social media platforms, and attending community events and major incidents to liaise with the media.
The unit is staffed by a civilian Communications Specialist dedicated to providing the public with accurate, timely information, and working closely with media partners to keep our community members connected and informed.
