(BRADFORD/INNISFIL, On) – The Bradford West Gwillimbury/Innisfil Police Service Board and the South Simcoe Police Service are proud to announce the release of the Board’s 2026–2029 Strategic Plan, a forward-looking roadmap designed to strengthen community safety, enhance well-being, and guide policing services over the next four years.
Developed through extensive consultation with service members, community partners, municipal leaders, and residents, the 2026-2029 Strategic Plan reflects the voices and priorities of the communities it serves. It is designed to remain adaptable, ensuring the police service can respond to evolving needs, emerging challenges, and ongoing growth across Bradford West Gwillimbury and Innisfil.
At the heart of the plan is a new vision: People Focused. Community Driven. Future Ready. This vision underscores the police service’s commitment to supporting its members, working collaboratively with the community, and preparing for the future through innovation and responsible resource planning.
The plan also introduces an updated mission, focused on promoting safety and well-being through public protection, upholding the law, and building trusted partnerships, as well as core values of Integrity, Trust, Leadership, Accountability, Courage, and Compassion, which will guide both workplace culture and service delivery.
