(INNISFIL, ON) – South Simcoe Police are requesting assistance from the public in relation to an act of vandalism which occurred at a religious establishment in the Town of Innisfil.
On April 10, 2026, at approximately 3:45 p.m., officers from the South Simcoe Police Service were dispatched to a report of property damage in the area of Innisfil Beach Road and Willard Avenue.
Through the investigation, officers determined that earlier the same day, at approximately 10:45 a.m., a lone male attended the location and used spray paint to damage the property. Police have obtained video footage from the surrounding area and are releasing the following images of the suspect in an appeal for public information.




The suspect is described as white male, between 50-60 years of age, with a grey beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black baseball cap, a grey jacket displaying Canadian and American flags on the left chest area, with an unknown logo on the left sleeve, black pants, and brown boots.
The suspect was operating a black Volkswagen Beetle equipped with silver spoked rims and a rear spoiler.
South Simcoe Police are actively investigating this incident, and it remains ongoing.
