Charge in Fail to Remain Collision 

(Bradford, ON) A 55-year-old Bolton man is charged following a fail to remain collision in Bradford.

On Tuesday, August 20, 2019 around 1:30 p.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers were called to the County Road 27 and 5th Line area for a collision where the suspect vehicle had left the scene. About an hour later, the Ontario Provincial Police located the suspect vehicle near Tottenham and arrested the driver. The 55-year-old Bolton man was transported to South Division where he was charged with failing to remain at the scene of a collision and fail to surrender insurance. He was issued a 3-day licence suspension after a caution was registered on roadside screening device.
