Theft Suspect to Identify

(Innisfil, ON)  The South Simcoe Police Service is seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect following a theft from a senior at the casino in Innisfil.  The recent theft involved an 82-year-old man who was preparing to leave Gateway Casinos Innisfil on 5th Sideroad and was counting cash for a cab ride home. He was holding his cab money in his right hand and the rest of his money in his left hand when a suspect came from behind and took the money from his left hand. The victim was unable to follow the suspect as he uses a mobility device to help him walk.

Police are releasing security camera images in an effort to identify the suspect.
