New Online Process for Police Record Checks
(Innisfil/Bradford, ON) The South Simcoe Police Service is now providing a new online application process for obtaining Police Record Checks to all residents of Bradford West Gwillimbury and Innisfil.
Starting today, Bradford West Gwillimbury and Innisfil residents can now obtain a Criminal Record Check, Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check or Vulnerable Sector Check for employment or volunteer purposes without having to attend a police station in person.
The online program allows our residents to apply for all three levels of record checks, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you do not live in Innisfil or Bradford West Gwillimbury, you must apply to the police service within your jurisdiction.
All aspects of the process, including verification of identity and fee processing, are handled electronically using a platform developed by Rogue Data Corporation who specializes in secure workflow automation.
When applying online for a police record check, applicants answer a series of authentication questions based on the applicant’s personal credit file. Answers to the questions are timed to ensure added security and privacy.
Anyone who is unable to use the online application can contact the South Simcoe Police Service – Information Support Unit at 905-775-3311 or 705-436-2141 ext. 1992 and inquire about what is required should you choose to attend in person.
