Thefts From Vehicles

(Innisfil, ON) South Simcoe Police Service officers are investigating several thefts from vehicles in Innisfil.  Police have recently received reports of unknown suspect(s) entering vehicles in the Jans Boulevard and Webster Boulevard area and stealing items including tools, wallets and cash. Investigators are appealing to area residents to check their security cameras for footage that can assist the investigation. Police would also like to hear from anyone with information regarding these incidents. Witnesses are urged to call 705-436-2141, 905-775-3311 and ask for Constable Ben Irwin at extension #1449 or Constable Jeff Fawcett at extension #1430.

South Simcoe Police Service wants to remind citizens to always lock their vehicles, regardless of where you park. Avoid leaving valuables inside. Thefts from vehicles are typically crimes of opportunity so don’t make it easy for thieves to victimize you. Call police immediately if you see suspicious people, activity or vehicles in your area.
