SUSPICIOUS RESIDENTIAL FIRE UNDER INVESTIGATION IN BRADFORD
(BRADFORD, ON) – On November 12, 2025, at approximately 1:45 a.m., South Simcoe Police responded to the report of a fire at a residence on Rowe Street in Bradford West Gwillimbury. Police and Bradford Fire arrived on scene, and the fire was quickly extinguished. The residence was unoccupied at the time of this incident.
Officers immediately secured the area near the residence. Through investigation, it was determined that two suspects had approached the residence with a liquid accelerant and started a fire. Witnesses reported that the two suspects were dressed in dark clothing and wearing face masks. The suspects fled the immediate area of the fire on foot and were observed leaving the subdivision in a dark coloured SUV.
