SOUTH SIMCOE POLICE CHARGE MALE AFTER PUBLIC NUDITY COMPLAINT

(BRADFORD, On) – On May 5, 2025, South Simcoe Police responded to concerns that a male was fully exposing himself to members of the public from his residence near St. Marie of the Incarnation Catholic School in Bradford West Gwillimbury.

An investigation was conducted by members of the South Simcoe Police Uniform Patrol and Detectives from the Crimes Against Persons Unit, the suspect was subsequently identified as a 69-year-old male from Bradford. As a result of the investigation, on May 6, 2025, the accused faces Criminal Code charges of: 

  • Indecent Act Section 173(1)
  • Nudity Section 174(1)

The accused was released on an undertaking with a court date of June 5, 2025.

The South Simcoe Police Service recognizes the concerns and impact this type of incident has on the community, especially given the proximity to a school and the presence of children in the area. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all our community members remains our top priority.
