Break and Enter

(Bradford, ON) South Simcoe Police Service officers are investigating a break and enter at a Bradford restaurant.
On Monday, March 15, 2021, at approximately 4:00 a.m., police were dispatched to a restaurant in the Holland Street West and 10th Sideroad area for a report of a break and enter. Upon arrival, police determined that unknown suspects had entered the restaurant after breaking the front glass. The suspects fled the scene with an unknown quantity of cash. Witnesses who may have observed suspicious activity in the area or anyone with information are asked to contact Detective Constable David Caccia at 905-775-3311, 705-436-2141, extension #1020, or contact Crime Stoppers.

Weekend Traffic Enforcement

(Bradford/Innisfil, ON) A busy weekend of traffic enforcement resulted in more than two dozen speeding tickets. Other tickets were issued for a wide range of offences including:

Stunt driving
Drive while under suspension
Disobey stop sign
Distracted driving
Fail to properly wear seatbelt
Cannabis readily available
Two 3-day licence suspensions at RIDE stops
Improper muffler

March 14 – 20 is National Impaired Driving Prevention Week. Crashes involving alcohol and/or drugs are a leading criminal cause of death in Canada.
