Impaired Driving Charges

(Bradford/Innisfil, ON) The South Simcoe Police Service charged two people with impaired driving offences on Saturday.

On Saturday, June 18, 2022, at approximately 7:50 p.m., the South Simcoe Police Service responded to a citizen-initiated driving complaint in the area of Bridge Street and Dissette Street in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. A traffic stop was conducted. As a result of the investigation, 62-year-old Paul Wilson of Seguin was charged with Operation While Impaired and Operation While Impaired – Excess Blood Alcohol. His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.

On Saturday, June 18, 2022, at approximately 1:50 a.m., a South Simcoe Police Service officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of County Road 4 and Highway 89 in the Town of Innisfil. As a result of the investigation, 45-year-old Jose Reula De Oliverira of Innisfil was charged with Operation While Impaired – Excess Blood Alcohol. His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.
