Aggravated Assault 

(Bradford, ON) A 30-year-old Barrie man suffered minor injuries following a stabbing overnight in Bradford.

On Friday, March 6, 2020, around 1:00 a.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers were called to the Four Corners at Holland Street and Simcoe Road for a report of a man that was stabbed. When police arrived, they learned that an argument between two men on the street escalated to a physical altercation and ended with a stabbing. The suspect fled on foot. The victim, a 30-year-old Barrie man, was taken to hospital where he was treated for a minor injury and released. Police are looking for the suspect. A knife was recovered at the scene.
