Theft of Trailer

(Innisfil, ON) South Simcoe Police Service officers are investigating the theft of a large trailer in Innisfil.

On Friday, January 11, 2019, around 7:30 a.m., police were called to a commercial property in the Highway 400 and 9th Line area. A company had just discovered a large A-Frame trailer had been stolen from the property on January 2, 2019. Investigation revealed that on January 2, 2019 between 12:20 a.m. and 12:40 a.m., a large, dark-coloured truck entered the parking lot, hooked up the trailer and left the area.

The stolen trailer is a 1989 Tusco Trailer, blue in colour with large A-Frames built onto it. A photo of a SIMILAR trailer is attached.

Theft of Vehicle

(Innisfil, ON) South Simcoe Police Service officers are investigating the theft of a vehicle from the Tanger Outlet Mall in Cookstown. 

On Thursday, January 10, 2019 around 9:00 p.m., police were called to the Tanger Outlet Mall located on County Road 89 for a report of a possibly stolen vehicle.

The owner told police he had parked his white 2015 BMW in the parking lot around 6:00 p.m. and when he returned at 9:00 p.m., the vehicle was gone. Investigation revealed that the vehicle was driven out of the parking lot around 6:25 p.m.
