Renewed Appeal for Assistance Following Fatal Collision

(Bradford, ON) The South Simcoe Police Service is issuing another appeal for the public’s assistance following a fatal collision that claimed the lives of a Toronto couple.

On Thursday, July 21, 2022, just after 11:00 a.m., police, firefighters and paramedics responded to a two-vehicle collision on County Rd 27 at the 3rd Line in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.  An 84-year-old man and an 83-year-old woman from Toronto were pronounced deceased at the scene. A 28-year-old man from Brampton was transported to a Toronto area hospital where he remains in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing.

Police are issuing a renewed appeal to anyone who was travelling on County Rd 27 on July 21, 2022, around 11:00 a.m., who may have witnessed the collision or the vehicles prior, or anyone with dash camera footage, to contact Sgt.
