(Bradford, ON) An Oakville woman was charged with impaired driving after South Simcoe Police Service officers responded to a vehicle in a ditch in Bradford.
On Thursday, August 13, 2020, around 10:30 p.m., officers arrived on scene on Line 5 and located the driver, who was unhurt. Police detected an odour of alcohol and other signs of impairment. After a fail was registered on a roadside screening device test, the driver was arrested and taken to South Division where breath test results were over the legal limit. 55-year-old Diana Ingram of Oakville was charged with Operation While Impaired and Over 80. Her licence was suspended for 90 days and her vehicle impounded for seven days. She was released with a future court date.
