17th Annual Christmas Toy/Food Drive Officially Underway

(Innisfil/Bradford, ON) The South Simcoe Police Service has officially launched its 17th annual Toy and Food Drive in partnership with CTV Barrie to support Toy Mountain, local food banks and Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions. This year’s campaign will run from November 15 to December 15, 2021. Members of the public can participate in our “Stuff A Trailer” campaign by dropping off new, unwrapped toys, nonperishable food items or gift cards at the following on-site events:

Event #1: Bradford
Date: Sunday, November 28, 2021
Time: 10 AM to 5 PM
Location: Canadian Tire, 430 Holland Street West

Event #2: Innisfil
Date: Sunday, December 12, 2021
Time: 10 AM to 5 PM
Location: Sobey’s, 2080 Jans Boulevard

We are also collecting online donations via our website at to help hundreds of children and teens get the gifts they really want and need this year. Together we can make a difference this holiday season by bringing some Christmas cheer to those in need.

“We are fortunate to live and work in very generous, caring communities that always step up to help others. Thank you to our residents and businesses for your support of this campaign,” said Chief Andrew Fletcher.

The campaign kick off took place today at our North Division where we showed off the trailer we hope to fill this year with your help.
