Appeal For Public Assistance Following Theft of Vehicle

(Bradford, ON) The South Simcoe Police Service is releasing security camera images and appealing for the public’s assistance following the theft of a vehicle in Bradford.
A 2018, black, Toyota Camry was stolen from a driveway in the Reid Road and Miller Park Avenue area between the hours of 10:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 14, 2021 and the following morning of Sunday, August 15, 2021.

Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a suspect pictured in the security camera images. Vehicle thefts can happen anywhere but you can play a role in trying to prevent your car from being stolen.
Here are some tips to help secure your vehicle:

Lock car doors, close all the windows and don’t leave keys, personal information or valuables inside
Park in well-lit areas or a locked garage
Consider using anti-theft devices such as a steering wheel lock, automatic engine shut-off and/or a tracking device
Store key fobs in a radio frequency shielding box or pouch
Keep your keys away from the front door where they could easily be stolen
