(Innisfil, ON) On Thursday, February 11, 2021, around 6:00 p.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers responded to a vehicle in a ditch on Sideroad 5 south of Innisfil Beach Road in Innisfil. Once on scene, police arrested the driver after a Fail was registered on a roadside screening device. He was transported to North Division for breath tests. As a result of the investigation, 25-year-old Kenneth Mills of Innisfil was charged with Operation While Impaired with Excess Blood Alcohol. His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days. He was released with a future court date. No one was injured.
