(Bradford, ON) On Thursday, June 15, 2017, just before 2:30 a.m., a South Simcoe Police Service Constable was patrolling Bridge Street in Bradford when he came across a vehicle stopped diagonally across both eastbound lanes. When he spoke to the driver, he noted the odour of alcohol on the man's breath and other indications of alcohol impairment.
The 22 year old Keswick man was arrested and taken to the station for testing. He was subsequently charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Over 80 mgs. His driver's licence has been suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded. He will appear in court later this month.
